Dimora Posada Fettina is a nice house in Bosa, located at the foot of the Malaspina Castle in the historic center of the village, close to other similar houses. Posada Fettina consists of three floors and an area of about 30 sqm. per floor and is about 3 km far from the sea. Ground floor: entrance, small hall, twin room, overlooking Via Serravalle. A stone stair allows access to the basement floor and to the first floor. Basement floor: double bedroom, overlooking Via Serravalle, bathroom without window, with bathroom exhaust fan, sink, bidet, toilet, bath with shower. First floor: kitchen, 4 burner gas cooker with oven, fridge. Kitchen furniture, no TV, no washing machine, living room with table and chairs, armchairs, sofa. A steep wooden stair with 15 steps, allows access to the panoramic terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrella. From the terrace you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view. The interior decoration is simple and essential, the ground floor entrance in Via Montenegro is not included in the rental of the house "Fettina".

Payment Policy

30% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required 60 days before check-in. Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.

Cancellation Policy

Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;

- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 12,00 per person;

- Check-out cleaning: Euro 90,00.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 18,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;

- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

Policy Checkin/Checkout

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturdays, unless otherwise agreed.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.

Dimora Posada Fettina is located in the historical centre of Bosa, a small old town on the Sardinian west-central coast, on Temo river.
From Alghero: leave the town towards south and follow directions to Bosa for about 50 Km.
From Cagliari: drive on the SS 131 for about 130 Km until the junction to Macomer. Drive through the town and follow the directions to Bosa on the SS 129 bis.
