Dimora Posada Festa is a typical house located in the historical centre of Bosa, at the feet of Malaspina Castle and about 2 km from the seaside. The house has four floors: on the ground floor there is a living room with sofa bed and a shower bathroom, on the first floor a double bedroom and another shower bathroom, on the second floor a quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds, and on the third floor a dining room with cooking corner, fireplace and sea-view veranda. The house is then equipped with washing machine and TV. The house is available for rental all the year round.

Dimora Posada Festa is located in the historical centre of Bosa, a small old town on the Sardinian west-central coast, on Temo river.
From Alghero: leave the town towards south and follow directions to Bosa for about 50 Km.
From Cagliari: drive on the SS 131 for about 130 Km until the junction to Macomer. Drive through the town and follow the directions to Bosa on the SS 129 bis.

Payment Policy
30% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit. Balance amount will be required 60 days before check-in. Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 45 to 30 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 29 to 15 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 14 to 0 days before check-in, 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- no-show, will be charged in full (100%).
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Deposit: Euro 150,00, it may be paid cash or with cheque only;
- Utilities weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas: Euro 12,00 per person;
- Check-out cleaning: Euro 90,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Properties are not provided with bed and bath linen, if required: Euro 18,00 per person per week;
- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Small pets, allowed on request: Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day until June and from September. Check-in and check-out on Saturdays in July and August. Less than a week stays on request.
Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time ist by 10.00 o'clock.
