The Park Hotel Resort rises in Baia Sardinia, one of the most exclusive seaside resort on the Costa Smeralda, famous for the beauty of its sandy beaches together with its extremely clear water. The property is composed by a central body, where there are the main services, and by terraced buildings where the 80 rooms are located, surrounded by the greenery of colourful bouganville, oleanders and brooms.
The Park Hotel Resort directly overlooks the sea, being situated on the Ulivi Gulf and harmoniously set inside a 15 hectares Mediterranean bush park, adjacent to enchanting sandy bays; the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere will allow guests to deeply enjoy their holiday. Sun-umbrellas and sun-beds are at guests’ disposal, whether on the beaches, or on the grass or in the pool solarium.
The Hotel Restaurant offers then a refined Mediterranean cuisine, characterized both by fish delicacies and by typical Sardinian dishes. In the morning a Buffet Breakfast is offered, instead the lunch and the dinner are served at the table, with a vast choice of starters, side dishes and desserts. Typical dinners are organized, during the week, with exquisite fish or meat dishes.

The Park Hotel is about 35 km from the city of Olbiawhich thanks to the international airport and the port, connected to the main ports of the Mediterranean, is the ideal place for those who arrive in Sardinia.
Reaching the hotel is very easy, it is enough to take the SS125 (heading north) and follow the signs to Costa Esmeralda - Arzachena. Then, just before Arzachena, take the SP59 and follow the signs to Baia Sardinia.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 6 years not completed in third bed: free of charge;
- Children from 6 to 12 years not completed in third bed: free of charge from 10/05 to 14/06 and from 13/09 to 11/10, 50% reduction on adult's rate from 14/06 to 13/09;
- Children from 0 to 12 years not completed in fourth bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Until 22 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- From 21 to 15 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty;
- From 14 to 8 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.
Property Policy
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Shuttle service at scheduled times to Baia Sardinia and Porto Cervo, free transfer service from/to the airport of Olbia (it is compulsory to provide operational data of the flight), use of sunbeds and sun umbrellas along the private areas of the beach, the lawn areas and the solarium in the pool, beach towels (one towel per person and per stay - after a deposit has been paid). In addition, daytime use of tennis courts (upon reservation), table tennis and "Children Club" (from 12/06 to 11/09) with assistants responsible for care of children of 4-8 years at fixed times.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Diving Center nearby, boat trips, dock (without possibility of stopping) for small boats (max.5 metres), car and scooter rental;
- Pets (on request at booking time): small pets admitted, excluded in common areas and beach.
