Villa Venere is situated in Torre delle Stelle, south Sardinia, about 15 km from Villasimius and 40 km from international airport Cagliari Elmas. This modest detached but large unit has the convenience very near the beach and shops and dining and remains independent with its own car park. The garden is spacious.

Drive on SS554 towards Muravera for about 10 km, then turn right at the exit for SS125. Keep driving for about 7 km, when you arrive at the roundabout take the first exit to SP96. Now follow the way to Villasimius and after a 8 km scenic road (SP17) you will arrive at Torre delle Stelle.

Payment Policy

50% of the total amount will be charged on the provided credit card at time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation within 61 days before check-in 25% of the total booking will be charged. Between 60 and 31 days before check-in 50% of the total booking cancellation charge. From 30 days up to arrival date, No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Refundable deposit Euro 500,00, it may be paid in cash or by credit card (Visa & Mastercard);

- Weekly Forfait charge of Euro 30,00 per person per week including gas, bed and bath linen, pool and garden maintenance, check-out cleaning (kitchen excluded);

- Water supply: water supply and septic tunk are subject to Euro 1,00 per cubic metre charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Electricity: electricity is subject to Euro 0,30 per Kw charge (meter check upon check-in and check-out);

- Kitchen cleaning: should the tenant fail to leave the kitchen clean and tidy a charge of Euro 50,00 will apply.

 

OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request by booking)

- Maid service: Euro 15,00 per hour;

- Extra linen: Bath towels Euro 7,00 per person, per week; bed linen Euro 7,00 per bed;

- Baby Cot: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Baby High Chair: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Extra bed on request: Euro 100,00 per week;

- Small pets on request: Euro 30,00 per week, per pet;

- Welcome Kit: Euro 35,00 including mineral water, milk, nescafè, teabags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, eggs, bottle of wine.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

- Arrivals are Saturdays only, unless otherwise agreed;

- Minimum stays of one week are required, minimum two weeks in August;

- Check-in is from 17.00 o'clock on the day of arrival;

- For villas with key box, instructions to access directly to the villa will be given and the keys will be collected from a specific container with code. Arrivals with assistance (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) extra charge of 50,00 Euro;

- For villas without key box, check-in time is between 15.00 and 17.00 on the day of arrival. For late arrivals there will be an extra charge of 25,00 Euro from 17.00 to 22.00 and 50,00 Euro after 22.00;

- Check-out time by 10.00.
