Located a few steps away from a magnificent white sandy beach, the Colonna Beach Residence overlooks the Gulf of Marinella, a clear water bay of incomparable beauty, jewel of the Costa Smeralda. The residence (which has the same entrance of the Colonna Beach hotel) is surrounded by the Mediterranean bush and offers its guests a unique setting, among blooming and green gardens and buildings with typical wood and granitic rocks insertions, arches and beams, which characterized the whole property.

The 12 apartments are divided into 2 Studio-flats, 4 Two-Room apartments and 6 Three-room apartments. The residence puts then at guests' disposal a very beautiful swimming pool with solarium, a restaurant located in front of the 'Piazzetta Colonna' and an American Bar which offers good live music.

Opening season: 23 May - 27 September.

The Hotel Residence is located on the Gulf of La Marinella. Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo are 5 Km and 33 Km far away respectively. Arzachena is about 27 Km, while Golfo Aranci and Olbia are about 10 and 12 Km away.

From Olbia airport/port: drive towards north-east on the SS 125 until the junction with the SP 16. Follow then the directions to the Località Marinella.

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Services Fee: Euro 70,00 per person per week (included children and infants); it includes water, electricity, and gas consumtions, weekly bed/bath linen change, weekly cleaning (kitchenette not included), final cleaning, kitchenette not included and upon guest's care (penalty for non-cleaning: Euro 150,00), use of swimming pool (equipped with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas, upon availability), 24-hours reception service;

- Deposit: Euro 300,00 per apartment, to settle on arrival and refundable at the end of the stay.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)

- Extra bed: supplement per week of Euro 75,00 from 23/05 to 05/06 and from 05/09 to 26/09, Euro 85,00 from 06/06 to 03/07 and from 29/08 to 04/09, Euro 100,00 from 04/07 to 07/08 and from 22/08 to 28/08, Euro 110,00 from 08/08 to 21/08;

- Baby cot: Euro 40,00 per week;

- Maid service: Euro 20,00 per hour.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday.

The delivery of the apartments generally takes place not earlier than 17.00 o'clock on arrival's day; the departure must take place not later than 10.00 o'clock on departure's day.
