Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellation from 30 to 15 days before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged;
- for cancellation from 14 to 09 days before check-in, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged;
- for cancellation from 08 to 04 days before check-in, 75% of the total booking amount will be charged;
- for cancellation from 03 to 0 days before check-in, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
Service Forfeit: Euro 50,00 per person/per week ( from 3 years old). The price includes: weekly change of bed linen and towels (kitchen towels not available), electricity, gas and water consumption , use of air-conditioning, check-out cleaning (except kitchen area); supplement of Euro 50,00 for not cleaning the Kitchen area on departure;
Club Card: Euro 25,00 per person/ per week (from 5 years old). The price includes (Beach service is not included): daily and evening entertainment, Mini Club and playground for children, Pool service (equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs), sports (volleyball, table tennis);
Deposit: Euro 150,00 per apartment, payable on arrival and before handing over the keys. The deposit will be repaid at the end of the stay.
OPTIONAL SERVICES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (only on request by booking)
- Baby Cot: up to 3 years-not complete: Euro 50.00 Euro per week;
-Extra bed (subject to availability): for two and three bedroom apartments Euro 70,00 in low season and Euro 100,00 in high season;
- Supplement for sea view: Euro 10,00 per person/ per day;
- Transfer: from / to Olbia airport and port, car for 1 to 4 people or mini-bus for 5 to 8 persons: Euro 40,00 per person/ each way (min 2 persons); children under 2 years free of charge, children from 2 to 6 years 50% discount. FYI: In case of no show we charge the full amount. Transfer for single person: Euro 80,00 each way.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures from Saturday to Saturday, or from Thursday to Thursday.
Delivery and return of the apartment: delivery takes place at 5:00 pm. Guests arriving later than 9:00 pm are pleased to give a notice before arrival. The return takes place at 10:00 am on departures day.

The three-room apartment are on two levels: the ground floor, with a living room-bed (furnished with one or two beds) and a double bedroom, and the first floor consists of a room with three beds and private bathroom.

From Cagliari: From the seaport and from the airport follow directions to SS131, Oristano or Sassari and, once you passed Oristano, follow directions to Olbia. Keep driving on the SS131DCN, pass the exit for Nuoro and take the first exit to Siniscola. After 5 km turn right on the SS125 in direction of Orosei and right again after another further 4 km. From here keep driving for about 20 km and pass the village of Sos Alinos. The Villaggio Alba Dorata is less than 2 km away, on yur left. Total 250km or 155 miles.
From Olbia: From the seaport and from the airport follow directions to SS131DCN, Nuoro or Cagliari. After about 50 km take the first exit to Siniscola, enter the small town and drive through it following directions to SS125 or Orosei. Keep driving for about 25 km and pass the village of Sos Alinos. The Villaggio Alba Dorata is less than 2 km away, on yur left. Total 75km or 47 miles.
From the seaport of Porto Torres or from Alghero airport: drive towards Sassari and following directions to Olbia. The exit to Olbia (SS597) is just a few kilometers past Sassari. Keep driving for about 80 km until you reach the junction with the SS131DCN. From here you can follow the directions provided when reaching the Villagio from Olbia (sea above). Total 195km or 120 miles.
