Residenza Le Due Palme is located at the entrance of Villasimius, at about 3 km from the most beautiful beaches on Sardinia south-east coast and just 500 mt from the town centre. The Residence comprises 52 terraced apartments, finely furnished and equipped with independent entrance, TV, safe, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower, beds with orthopaedic mattresses, living room with cooking corner, high capacity fridge (180 l) and freezer, electric and microwave oven, bathroom amenities and hairdryer. Most of the apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, which has to be required at the time of booking and to be settled directly on property. They are located on the ground floor and they have a small garden with a useful outdoor shower and sitting-room pvc furniture, or on the first floor with veranda equipped with sunshade and sitting-room pvc furniture.

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Forfeit: 50,00 Euro per person per week (except children within 6 years old). This price includes electricity, water, gas and bed linen;
- Final cleaning: Two-rooms Apartment 50,00 Euro; Three-rooms Apartment 60,00 Euro; Four-rooms Apartment 80,00 Euro. The cleaning of the kitchenette has to be made by the customer (otherwise there will be a extra charge of 50,00 Euro).
- Deposit: 250,00 Euro deposit, payable on arrival and refundable at the end of the stay.
- Tourist Tax: 0,50 Euro per day per person (from 6 years old) from June to September. This amount is subject to change, according to the arrangements made by the town of Villasimius.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Bath linen: 8,00 Euro per person per change;
- Additional bed linen: 12,00 Euro per change;
- Air conditioning: Two-Rooms Apartment 50,00 Euro; Three-Rooms Apartment 60,00 Euro; Four- Rooms Apartment 75,00 Euro.
- Baby cot (max 1 per apartment): 30,00 Euro per week;
- Private garage (on request): 30,00 Euro per week.

Two-rooms apartment with independent entrance, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with shower, beds with orthopaedic mattress, kitchen, living room with high capacity fridge (180 lt) and freezer, electric and microwave oven and bathroom facilities. Overnight stay only.

Three-rooms apartment
MAX. OCCUPANCY 5 people including children and infant. Overnight stay only.

Four-rooms apartment
MAX. OCCUPANCY 6 people including children and infant. Four-rooms apartment with independent entrance. On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, equipped garden; on the first floor: 2 double bedrooms, en-suite bathroom without shower/bathtub, equipped veranda. Overnight stay only.

The Residence Le due Palme is located at the entrance of Villasimius, about 3 km from the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia and about 60 km far from Cagliari.
From Cagliari: drive on SP 17 from Quartu S. Elena (Cagliari suburb) to Villasimius. The road, although winding and slightly steep, overlooks the gorgeous gulf. The car journey may take maximum 1 hour for about 45 km.
