The villa is on three indipendent levels one of which is entirely dedicated to the Bed and Breakfast Ciro’s House and offers its guests a warm and confortable environment. It is tastefully and elegantly funrnished and will make your stay extremely pleaseant. Our villa offers perfect relaxing moments, thanks to the quiet area and the internal garden.
The Bed & Breakfast can be reached easily from the port, airport, railway station. It is in a residential area a few kilometres away from the most beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and the North East of Sardinia. The Bed & Breakfast Ciro’s House is on one level with big and bright rooms set in complete privacy. The family that owns and runs the Bed & Breakfast is composed of 5 people: parents and 3 children plus Ciro a big, nice and good dog called Ciro who loves to be cuddled.
Guests are requested to give advance notice, via email or telephone, about the time of arrival.

10% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The Bed & Breakfast is 800 meters away from the centre of Olbia.
If you reach Olbia by bus or train you will arrive at the central station in Corso Umberto. Take Via Vittorio Veneto to n.122/C, go past the AGIP petrol station and take the first turning on the right. At n. 7 of Via Aspromonte you will find the entrance signed by the B&B logo.
If you arrive by ferry at the port in Olbia, follow the signs for “Tempio-Telti”, go past n.122/C of Via Vittorio Veneto and immediately after the AGIP petrol station, turn right in Via Aspromonte. At N.7
you will find the entrance to the B&B. If you arrive at the port of Golfo Aranci follow the main road for Olbia-Nuoro-Cagliari.
Take the exit for Telti-Olbia Centre, turn left for Olbia and at n.122/d of Via Vittorio Veneto turn left (before the AGIP petrol station) the B&B is at n. 7 of Via Aspromonte.
If you arrive at Olbia Costa Smeralda airport and you don’t have a car, catch bus n.2 when you will arrive in Via Mameli ask to stop off near Via Vittorio Veneto then catch bus n.1 and ask to stop off in Via Vittorio Veneto n.122/C in front of the AGIP petrol station. Go past the petrol station and turn right in Via Aspromonte where you will find the B&B at n.7.
