The Pelican Beach Resort & SPA - Adults Only is located right by the sea, on the northeastern coast of Sardinia, along the panoramic road from Olbia to Golfo Aranci. Situated in Pittulongu, just 12 km from Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport and 11 km from the port of Olbia, it is the ideal starting point to discover the beauties of the famous Costa Smeralda.
The 67 rooms of The Pelican Beach Resort & SPA - Adults Only are distributed between the two structures. The Pelican Villa has 26 rooms divided into Superior, Beach Front, Junior Suite and Suite (Sand, Rise, Romantic). Furnished in modern Mediterranean style, refined with an elegant design, they are all located on the ground floor or on the first floor and equipped with sat-TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar, safe, tea/coffee maker, slippers, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and Bulgari toiletries, furnished balcony or patio (Suites and Junior Suites also feature bathrobes). Guests of The Pelican Villa also have at their disposal sunbeds and sun umbrellas in the green in front of the beach.
The Garden Fitness & SPA features 41 rooms divided into Comfort, Balcony Sea Side, Deluxe and Suite. Furnished in a contemporary style, they are located on the first or on the second floor and equipped with sat-TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar, safe, slippers, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries, and a small private balcony.
The Pelican Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only has direct access to the white sandy beach of "Il Pellicano", with gently sloping seabed, a short section of which is reserved for guests of the property and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and lifeguard service during the day. Beach towels are available for free with daily change. The area on the green lawn in front of the beach, equipped with teak sunbeds and sun umbrellas, is reserved for guests of The Pelican Villa.
The property features a fresh water swimming pool, equipped with sun umbrellas and sunbeds, on the first floor of the Garden Fitness & SPA and available to all guests of both properties. In addition, there are two outdoor Jacuzzi on the lawn of The Pelican Villa and available to all guests of the Resort.
The Pelican Beach Restaurant, selected in the Michelin Guide, is located at The Pelican Villa and has a large terrace with beautiful sea view. It offers to all guests a rich buffet for breakfast (from 8.00 to 10.30), lunch with table service (from 13.00 to 14.30) and Gourmet dinner (from 20.00 to 22.00) with table service. Weekly a typical Sardinian dinner, barbecues and fisherman's dinner are organised. It will also be possible to require vegetarian and celiac dishes.
Nestled in the beautiful garden of the Resort, in front of the beach, The Pelican Beach Bar (open from 11.00 to 19.00) offers its guests a wide selection of snacks, drinks and cocktails.
A wellness oasis awaits you at the new wonderful SPA with Hammam bath, Finnish sauna, experience showers, indoor relaxation area, a single massage cabin and a couple massage cabin, beauty-aesthetic cabin, outdoor relaxation area and outdoor Jacuzzi.
The resort also features a small gym with Technogym equipment on the panoramic terrace of the Garden Fitness & SPA and with a beautiful sea view.
The Pelican Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only also offers the following services: 24-hour reception, luggage storage, wake up service, fax and copy service, laundry service, free Wi-Fi in public areas, garage, transfer service from/to the airport (on request and upon payment). At the reception it is possible to book tours and rent cars, motorcycles, bicycles and boats.
The Pelican Beach Resort & SPA - Adults Only is dedicated only to adults from 16 years.

The Pelican Beach Resort & SPA is located in Pittulongu, about 8 km from Olbia Airport and only 7 km from Olbia port.
From Olbia Airport: Take the SS125 towards Olbia, until the exit for SP82. Follow the sign road to Pittulongu.

Payment Policy
15% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
The Pelican Beach Resort & SPA is dedicated only to adults from 16 years.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy

- Wellness Center: for stays of less than 3 nights Euro 30,00 per person (treatments excluded); free of charge for minimum stays of 3 nights (treatments excluded);
- Small pets (maximum 5 kg): admitted only on request, but not in common areas, at a price of Euro 15,00 per day.
