It has a reception with hall, restaurant with fine local and international cuisine and a bar. The large terrace enjoys a beautiful sea view. At the back, separated from the road, lies the Garden building, engineered with modern design, that features a swimming pool, a bar, an elevator, a solarium (on the top floor) with stunning panoramic view on the gulf and equipped with a fitness corner, an underground garage.
At 500 m from the hotel you will find a supermarket, restaurant, bar, newsagent and tobacconist. In Olbia Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo: shops, restaurants, bars and all amenities. Baby sitting service on request and payment.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years old: Euro 20,00 per day in baby cot, meals from baby menu to settle on property;
- Children from 3 to 11 years old in third and fourth bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
