Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Infant from 0 to 1 year old: 90% reduction on adult's rate;
- Children from 2 to 11 years old: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Late check-out (subject to prior request and availability): 50% extra charge on the daily rate for chec-outs until 3.00 p.m.; 100% extra charge on the daily rate for check-outs after 3.00 p.m.
Family Royal Pineta is a room located on the ground floor, with patio overlooking the garden. It features two single beds or one double bed, a bathroom with shower or bathtub, and a separate area with a sofa bed. The rooms have a full range of modern facilities. Adjoining rooms (internally or through the patio) are also available on request. A cot can be provided on request.

Royal Pineta Terrace, located on the first floor has two single beds or one double bed, bathroom with shower or bathtub and a balcony overlooking the garden. Some rooms of this category are located on the ground floor. They have a patio overlooking the garden and can be connected internally with a Royal Pineta or, through the patio, with a room of the same category.
