The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Child Policy

Children reduction when sharing with two adults:

- from 0 and within 3 years free of charge in baby cot during low season and with a daily supplement from Euro 15,00 per day in high season;

- from 3 to 17 years 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

Prices include: use of the private beach with sun umbrella and deck chair (beach beds are not included), swimming pools, daytime tennis court, beach volley, bowls, table tennis, car park controlled by CCTV, piano bar, Mini Club (4-12 years), Young Club (from 12 years). Extras on request / fee payable: transfers from/to Cagliari airport and harbour.

Villasimius tourist tax not included: EUR 2.00 per day per person from 11 years old.
