The B&B Domu de Jaja welcomes its guests in the warm atmosphere of his home, offering a double room and one single room equipped with all comforts and a rich breakfast made up of genuine products. The apartment has a roomy and bright dining room (where breakfast is served), a lounge area with sofa and TV, a large and pretty kitchen, two large bathrooms, one of them reserved for the exclusive use of guests; free use of private parking within the building and a welcome & information pack with a map of Cagliari, brochures, and practical tips for an enjoyable stay in Cagliari. Domus de Jaja is careful to the needs of youngest and proposes to accommodate children under the age of three years free of charge with cot and toys. It also offers a baby-sitting service by arrangement.

Payment Policy

10% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Child Policy

Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Infant from 0 to 3 years old: free of charge when sharing the bed with parents;

- Children from 4 to 11 years old: Euro 17,00 supplement per night.

Spacious double room, coloured and bright, furnished with a double bed, two nightstands, a large wardrobe, television with decoder and a large veranda, which is equipped with a little fridge and a table with two chairs.

From Cagliari-Elmas Airport: take the SS 130 towards Cagliari until the crossroad for SS 131, Viale Monastir. Drive along on Viale Monastir until the crossroad for via Giotto.
