The Colonna Residence requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Services compulsory fee: Euro 70,00 per person, per week including utilities, weekly change of bed and bath linen, weekly cleaning (kitchen stove excluded), use pool (not equipped), check-out cleaning excluding kitchen stove that may be left clean by the tenants not to incur in an extra charge of Euro 150,00;
- Refundable damage deposit of Euro 300,00 per apartment.
EXTRA OPTIONAL SERVICE (on request by booking)
- Supplement baby cot: Euro 40,00 per week;
- Extra bed: supplement per week Euro 75,00 from 01/06 to 15/06 and from 08/09 to 29/09, Euro 85,00 from 16/06 to 29/06 and from 25/08 to 07/09, Euro 100,00 from 30/06 to 03/08 and from 18/08 to 24/08, Euro 110,00 from 04/08 to 17/08;
- Maid service: Euro 15,00 per hour.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays.
The delivery of the apartments generally take place no earlier than 17.00 p.m. on arrival's day, the restitution must take place not later than 10.00 a.m. on departure's day.
MAX. OCCUPANCY 2 adults and an infant. All apartments have bathroom with shower and a terrace. Studio Flat includes one double bedroom, a baby cot may be added, and kitchenette.

From Olbia airport and seaport follow directions to Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo, Palau, SS 125. About 4 km after you have exited the city of Olbia you will find a roundabout. Take a turn to the right following directions to Porto Cervo - Portisco and keep driving along the road (SP 73). Exit in Porto Cervo Centro and follow directions to the Colonna Residence.
