Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (ONLY RESIDENCE FORMULA)
- Deposit: 150,00 Euro deposit refundable at the end of the stay, assumed no damage or misuse of the property has occourred;
- Weekly forfait: Euro 30,00 per person per week, from 6 years old, for electricity, water and gas consumption;
- Final cleaning: Studio-Flat Euro 35,00, Two-Rooms Flat Euro 40,00, Three-Rooms Flat Euro 45,00; kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care, otherwise an additional charge of Euros 30 will be applied.
OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (ONLY RESIDENCE FORMULA)
- Bath towels rental: Euro 7,00 per person per week.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
Please contact us if your arrival will be after 08.00 pm. For arrivals after 8.00 pm not previously agreed with the property, there will be a 30,00 Euro supplement.
For arrivals after midnight previously agreed with the property the rooms will be delivered the following morning or that night with a 50,00 Euro supplement, while for arrivals after after midnight not previously agreed, the delivery of the room can't be guaranteed.
Child Policy
Children reductions in Standard Room with two adults:
- Infant from 0 to 3 years: free of charge in baby cot (on request);
- Children from 3 years old in extra-bed: 25% reduction on adult's rate.
Spacious en suite double room elegantly furnished, equipped with air conditioning. Possibility to add an extra bed.

Three-Rooms Flat
Three room flat composed of a double room, a twin room, a living room with kitchenette, a sofa and two armchairs, bathroom with shower and veranda.
