The Hotel Termo is a new residential complex in Viddalba (SS), only 6 minutes from the sea and just few minutes from the natural spa in Casteldoria. The complex consists of 24 apartments, spacious and elegantly furnished. They are arranged around the swimming pool and are equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, heating, TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The main body of the hotel includes reception, lobby bar, indoor garage, private parking and a relax centre with 2 swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, a sauna and a gym.

The Hotel is located close to Casteldoria's thermal baths (SS), only 6 km from the beaches.
From Olbia: drive on S.P. towards Tempio Pausania-Aggius-Viddalba.
From Porto Torres: drive on S.P. towards Castelsardo-Santa Teresa di Gallura.
From Alghero: drive on S.P. towards Porto Torres-Santa Teresa di Gallura.
From Santa Teresa di Gallura: drive on S.P. towards Sassari.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
Please contact us if your arrival will be after 08.00 pm. For arrivals after 8.00 pm not previously agreed with the property, there will be a 30,00 Euro supplement.
For arrivals after midnight previously agreed with the property the rooms will be delivered the following morning or that night with a 50,00 Euro supplement, while for arrivals after after midnight not previously agreed, the delivery of the room can't be guaranteed.
Child Policy
Children reductions in Standard Room with two adults:
- Infant from 0 to 6 years: free of charg. Free baby cot (on request);
- Children from 7 years old in extra-bed: 25% reduction on adult rate.
