Designed as a typical Sardinian village, the Residence Quatu Poltu offers a wide range of accommodations for longer stays. 67 apartments in green surroundings are ideal for those, who are looking for a combination of a 5-star location with the convenience of a private location. Marble floors, carpets, embroidered curtains, elegant and carefully selected furniture combine the ethnic atmosphere and the warm and joyable life in the Residence Poltu Quatu. The accommodations are offered at different levels and in different sizes: Rooms and apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchenette.
The Manor rate (in Hotel formel) includes the Manor apartment with terrace overlooking the gardens and the village. The Manor Apartments are ideal for those who want their privacy and at the same time to participate in the life of Poltu Quatu. The rate includes a small breakfast and the use of all amenities of the Residence, these very stylish and elegant homes have to offer: swimming pools, bars, elegant lobby and restaurants that give guests the feeling of being at one of the most beautiful spots in the world. The pools are located in the heart of the resort in pink cliffs and with turquoise water. The round shapes, the spectacular waterfall, a special area for younger guests, a buffet and poolside bar, nice live music makes the Residence Poltu Quatu to a blue paradise with more than only leisure and fun. The private beach is just a few kilometers away and easily reachable with the free of charge mini bus shuttle. The hospitality and various services are matched with the different needs of the guests. With the Manor tariff the guest can use the pool, the beach, gym, bar, lobby and the elegant restaurants.
The Living rate includes a room with a view of the typical hilly countryside of Sardinia, or the inside of the residence surrounded by quiet and green streets. These apartments offer an ideal accommodation for those who want to enjoy their quiet vacation in a beautiful location. The Living tariff includes only the room rate and no hotel services such as: (swimming pool, fitness room, beach, sauna). The guests can choose between different types of housing: two-room apartments for 2 persons and three room apartments for 4 persons. In the case of an additional person the Residence kindly ask to book an apartment with an additional sofa bed (against payment). The change of bedlinen and daily cleaning are included in the price (Manor and Living tariff). The cleaning of the kitchen is only available on request and against payment.
