The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children reduction when sharing a standard room with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 3 years: free of charge when sharing same bed with parents; Baby cot, Euro 5,00 per day;
- Children from 3 and within 14 years in third bed: Euro 20,00 per day.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will apply:
- Cancellations within 2 days before chech-in: no penalty. After this date the first night amount will be charged. Months of July and Augus.
- Cancellations within 5 days before check-in: no penalty. After this date, the amount of the whole stay will be charged in full.
Property Policy
Internet connection is available in common areas both in the Internet Point, both with WI-FI connection. Cable Internet connection is available in all the rooms. Guests will be provided with a password to allow connection. The Hotel SPA is at guests’ disposal (upon reservation and payment) to offer moments of true relax and pleasure. During the breaks, the SPA rooms are totally cleaned up and disinfected. The SPA comprises: - Finnish Sauna (up to 7 people); - Hammam (up to 7 people); - Emotional Showers (tropical rain and cool mist); -Jacuzzi (up to 7 people); - Relax area and tea space; - Use of changing rooms, towels, bathrobe, shower slippers.
