20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Compulsory forfait charge: Euro 35,00 per person per week (from 2 years upwards) for the consumption of water and electricity, for bath and bed linen on the arrival and at the beginning of each additional week;

- Compulsory check-out cleaning: Euro 55,00 for Two-room Apartment, Euro 65,00 for Three-room Apartment (cooking corner cleaning not included and upon guest's care). Cooking corner extra cleaning Euro 30,00;

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 to be returned upon check-out.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request by booking)

- Baby cot Euro 65,00 per week;

- Small pets: allowed upon request, free of charge (maximum weight of 5 Kg);

- Half board supplement: Euro 45,00 per day per person at Club Hotel or at Grand Hotel Relais Nuraghi;

- Card Services (optional) Euro 40,00 per week for adults and 25,00 Euro for children under 12 years old.
The card includes beach umbrella and two sun beds at the beach or the pool at Grand Hotel Nuraghi;

- Tourist Tax: possible tourist tax not included, to settle on property.
