It 's an exclusive village, full of charm, for those who love the simplicity combined with the powerful beauty of nature.Nestled in 15 hectares of unspoiled nature, Club Village Forte Cappellini consists of a "Forte 3*" facing the sea, composed of exotically inspired bungalows with thatched roofs, scattered on the green lawn surrounding the pool, the real heart of the village, where you can also find the restaurant "La capanna del Forte" and the common services.The area "Nuraghi 4*", on the back, is in a panoramic position and communicates with the Forte through an internal passage and crossing a small private road. In the Nuraghi there are the swimming pool, a restaurant, the hall and the rooms with simple and really elegant architectural lines.The Forte Cappellini is located directly on the sea with a sandy beach, equipped with bar, bathroom, shower and sunbeds and sun umbrellas. For guests who love privacy there are also other small coves hidden among the cliffs and also equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.The entertainment for young people and adults offers an intense, stylish and informal program, together with the Phi Beach disco and the lounge bar open from 5 to 12 pm.The village has a sea water swimming pool with sun umbrellas and sunbeds, tennis court, soccer field, animation and children's playground, bar and unattended outdoor parking. Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Child Policy

Children reduction when sharing a room with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 8 years in 3rd bed: free of charge.

- Children from 0 and within 8 years in 4th bed: 50% reduction on adult rate.

- Children from 8 and within 12 years in 3rd and 4th bed: 50% reduction on adult rate.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Club Card: 42,00 Euro per person per week, except children within 3 years (from 02/06 to 15/09). It includes equipped private beach service with sun umbrellas and sun beds (subject to availability), water aerobics, Latin dancing, daytime and evening entertainment and piano bar, entrance to the Phi Beach Club.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS
- Superior supplement: 20,00 Euro per room per day (to be requested at booking time);
- Sea view supplement: 5,00 Euro per room per day (to be requested at booking time);
- Classic Relais I Nuraghi supplement: 20,00 per person per day from 02/06 to 04/08 and from 25/08 to 22/09, 30,00 Euro per person per day from 04/08 to 25/08 (ONLY IN HALF BOARD);
- Superior Relais I Nuraghi supplement: 30,00 Euro per person per day from 02/06 to 04/08 and from 25/08 to 22/09, 40,00 Euro per person per day from 04/08 to 25/08 (ONLY IN HALF BOARD);

Policy Checkin/Checkout

This property requires a minimum stay of 3 nights and allows check-in and check-out every day from 02/06 to 09/06 and from 08/09 to 22/09, and a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Thursdays and Saturdays in other periods.

Comfort Room
Bungalows nestling against a green backdrop and furnished with either ethnic antique furniture or in Sardinian Mediterranean style. They are all equipped with hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone and mini-fridge. Some bungalows have a veranda. Extra bed available on request.

The Hotel is located in the heart of Costa Smeralda in the seaside resort of Baia Sardinia, a few kilometers from Porto Cervo.
The Hotel is about 30 mins from the Olbia airport and sea port. Drive through the SS125 (northbound) directions Costa Smeralda - Arzachena. Then, before arriving in Arzachena, take diversion SP59 direction Baia Sardinia.
