Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Child Policy

Children reduction when sharing with two adults:

- from 0 and within 1 years old free of charge from 19/05 to 08/06 and from 15/09 to 30/09, 25,00 Euro per day in other periods to settle on property;

- from 2 to 12 years old not completed free of charge from 19/05 to 08/06 and from 15/09 to 30/09, 50% reduction on adult rate in other periods, 30% High season.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
