Just 1 km away there is the beautiful free beach of Pittulongu accessible through the free shuttle service provided by the hotel.
Its 71 rooms are spacious and comfortable and some offer a panoramic view. They are all furnished with simple and elegant fabrics of local craftsmanship. They are divided into Comfort Rooms, elegantly furnished and equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, mini-bar, flat-screen TV, telephone, desk, Wi-Fi, safe, private bathroom with spacious whirlpool shower and hairdryer, and Junior Suites, comfortable and elegant, tastefully furnished and equipped with large balcony, individually controlled air conditioning, mini-bar, flat-screen TV, telephone, desk, Wi-Fi, safe, private bathroom with spacious whirlpool shower and hairdryer.

The restaurant of Hotel Alessandro has an air-conditioned hall and a veranda with spectacular panoramic view, and offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with table service with a buffet of salads, vegetables and fruit. The property organises two typical dinners per week, a seafood dinner and a Sardinian meat dinner, and, on request, vegetarian cuisine and menus for celiacs are available.

From Olbia port and airport: take the SS125 and then the exit to Golfo Aranci/Olbia. At the roundabout take the third exit, turn left onto the SP82 and follow the signs to the hotel.
Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Reductions for children sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 6 years: free of charge if sharing the bed with parents. Baby cot 0-3 years (on request an to settle on property): Euro 5,00 per day, meals from menu included, from 16/07 to 26/08; free of charge in other periods;
- Children from 6 and within 12 years: 50% reduction on adult rate.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty
- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty
- From 17 to 10 days before the arrival: 50% penalty
- From 9 to 8 days before the arrival: 75% penalty
- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty

SUPPLEMENTS
- Panoramic view: Euro 10,00 per day per person (from 12 years) from 13/06 to 05/09, free of charge in the remaining periods (limited availability);
- Full board: adults Euro 20,00 per day per person, chidren 3-12 years not completed Euro 10,00 per day per person.
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Club Card (from 18/06 to 10/09): adults Euro 25,00 per person per week, children 6-12 years not completed Euro 10,00 per week. The card includes: shuttle service to the beach at fixed times, discounts on beach service on the beach of Pittulongu, use of Jacuzzi, beach/pool-towel, free WI-FI service in the room, piano bar twice per week, evening shuttle service to the centre of Olbia from 22.00 to 24.00 o'clock, welcome drink, one coffee or one digestive per day per room, information desk at guests' disposal for information, bookings of excursions, rentals, rent a car agreement;
- Tourist Tax.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Pets: small pets admitted. Daily cleaning Euro 5,00 per day; extra cleaning Euro 30,00 per stay;
