Located between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, Badesi is a nice and quiet small village that lays on a long stretch of coast with the very typical scents and colours of the mediterranean bush, looking towards a white sandy beach which is long over 8 km.
The Residence Badus apartments are divided in two nice estates (distance between them about 100 mt) rising downstream the village.
The terraced houses are built all around the swimming pool and can be on the first or on the ground floor, each one with its independent entrance.

Opening season: 15/04 - 14/10.
Residence Badus is located in Badesi, a small town between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura.
From Olbia: drive on the SS127 towards Tempio Pausania for about 20 Km. Pass the town of Tempio and of Aggius, drive on the SP74 and follow the directions to Badesi.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty
- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty
- From 17 to 10 days before the arrival: 50% penalty
- From 9 to 8 days before the arrival: 75% penalty
- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty
Property Policy
THE PRICE INCLUDES
- Weekly forfait: It includes electricity, water and gas consumptions and bed linen. Kitchen linen not available;
- Comfort Card: It includes "BEACH SET" available in the apartment for the whole stay (1 sun umbrella and 2 deckchairs), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (1 welcome breakfast in the bar, 20 meters away), use of swimming pool, "CHILDREN SPACE" (game room with playstation area, WII area and playground), "COURTESY KIT" (bath amenities), "INTERNET CONNECTION". Booking of excursions and rental of cars and motorcycles (upon payment).
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Final cleaning: Studio Flat 2 Euro 40,00; Two-rooms Flat 4 Euro 50,00, Three-rooms Flat 6 Euro 60,00. Cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00;
- Deposit: Euro 150,00, refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests's home address;
- Tourist Tax.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Breakfast (continental and international): Euro 12,00 per person per day from 15/04 to 28/07 and from 26/08 to 14/10, Euro 15,00 per person per day from 29/07 to 25/08;
- Half board: Euro 25,00 per person per day from 15/04 to 30/06 and from 02/09 to 14/10, Euro 30,00 per person per day from 01/07 to 01/09; it includes continental or international breakfast, à la carte lunch or dinner with a choice of starters, 3 first courses, 3 second courses, hot side dish, vegetables and various fruits, dessert;
- Linen and towels: bed linen Euro 10,00 per person per change; bath towels Euro 8,00 per person per change;
- Beach towel: Euro 7,00 per towel;
- Extra bed (5th bed): Euro 70,00 per week;
- Baby cot (0-2 years): Euro 35,00 per week, free of charge if brought by the guest;
- High chair: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Washing machine: Euro 7,00 per laundry coin;
- Notebook hire: Euro 5,00 half day, Euro 10,00 full day, Euro 50,00 one week;
- Pets: not admitted;
- Transfer from Olbia, Alghero or Porto Torres airport or port: Euro 140,00 1/3 pax, Euro 190,00 4/8 pax. From 10.00 pm to 06.00 am 20% surcharge. Surcharge Golfo Aranci port: Euro 20,00 per car. Prices are intended one way.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 5 nights with arrivals and departures every day.
Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be communicated in advance to the property, otherwise reception can't be guaranteed. For arrivals after 24.00 o'clock, customers will be welcomed and accommodated the following day, or, on request, accepted with a supplement of Euro 50,00.
