The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:

- Weekly forfait (included in the price). Includes electricity, water, gas and bed linen. Kitchen linen not available;

- Check-out cleaning Mono Euro 40,00; Bilo Euro 50,00; Trilo Euro 55,00. Kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care not to incure in Euro 50,00 extra charge;

- Comfort Card: (included in the price) adults Euro 20,00 per week; children 6/12 years Euro 10,00 per week. It includes 'Beach Set' 1 sun-umbrella, 1 beach towel per person from 6 years old, 2 deskchairs available to guests for the whole stay; 'Welcome Breakfast' (the package includes: jams, nutella, milk, coffee, 1 bottle of water, biscuits, toasted bread); "Baby space" (day care with play staion area, recreation ground, miniclub assistant at set times;'Courtesy Kit' (bath amenities); 'WI FI Internet Connection '; excursions booking and car/motorcycles rental upon payment;

- Refundable damage deposit Euro 150,00 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded and mailed as soon as possible to the guests's home address.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONAL COSTS (on request, when booking):

- Bath towels Euro 7,00 per person per change per week;

- Baby cot 0/2 years on demand, Euro 30 per week to pay at the main reception (free if brought by the customer);

-  Fifth additional Bed Euro 50.00;

- Washing machine Euro 7,00 per laundry.;

- Notebook hire half day Euro 5,00, full day Euro 10,00, one week Euro 50,00;

- Pets not admitted;

- Transfer Apt/harbour Olbia Euro 60,00 per person (min. 2 peolple). From h. 22:00 to h.6:00 a supplement of 20% will be applied. Prices are per each way. Suppl. G. Aranci harbor Euro 20,00 per car. For late arrival after 24.00 guests will be checked-in directly the morning after or, upon request at the moment of booking, checked-in during the night, upon payment of Euro 50,00 to settle on property.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays or Tuesdays (SAT/SAT or TUE/TUE or SAT/TUE or TUE/SAT). From 19/05 to 22/06 and from 15/09 to 29/09 free stays with a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Please contact the property if your arrival will be after 8 pm. Arrivals after 20 pm without notice penalty of Euro 50,00.
