The Maison Miramare Boutique Hotel is an exclusive hotel. It is located on the first and second floor of the old beautiful Palazzo Devoto (one of the grandest period palaces of the end of 1800), in the Via Roma, in the very centre of the town, in front of the harbour, 200m away from the main station, from where trains and buses reach the whole Sardinia.
The small Hotel Miramare is a charme structure, with 18 rooms and 4 suites, each fitted with TV, air conditioning, minibar, satellite, private bathroom, telephone set. The Miramare Hotel has a charming view over Cagliari’s Harbour and at the seaside. Wonderful sunrises, invaluable sunsets: a unique experience, in the heart of La Marina district, for a stay, which will be arranged until the smallest detail.
Inside the hotel there lives a small orchid greenhouse, a unique space of comparison for tropical orchids and endemic orchids from Sardinia. Only for travellers, not for tourists.

200 metres from the main station, from where buses and trains connect Cagliari to the main places of the island.
100 metres away there is the passenger harbour that connects Cagliari to Civitavecchia, Arbatax, Napoli, Palermo and Tunis.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

20% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking as confirmation deposit on the provided credit card. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
